Wanting to share the unique process that goes into harvesting white oak for their barrel-aged craft gin, Caledonia Spirits tapped us to create lifestyle and product imagery. We spent the day at a white oak logging site in the woods near East Middlebury, and at Gagnon Lumber mill in Pittsford.
